Reserve Your Time and Date in Advance
The importance of booking early
If you're choosing a popular holiday (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day), or if you have your heart set on a certain day, the best way to insure your wedding date and time is to book early and put down a deposit.
Booking deposit and payment in advance
To reserve your date and time, Weddings Hawaiian Style LLC collects a non refundable deposit. Other payments may be required for services you've engaged, such as tableside dining, reception catering, private locations, travel, accommodations and activities.
Terms & Conditions
- A minimum non refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve a date and to book a wedding. Balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. Should you need to cancel your wedding (no more than 21 days prior to the date), a partial refund will be given.
- Request for a change in date or time after the initial booking may result in a fee. We will try to accommodate all changes.
- Some locations, caterers and other services may also require an advanced deposit, and may have their own cancellation policies. If you select one of these vendors, we will advise you of the deposit and of their cancellation policy.
- If you are booking less than two weeks prior to the wedding date, payment in full is required at that time or within 72 hours if applicable.
- Payment may be made in U.S. dollars by personal check, money orders, cashiers check to Weddings Hawaiian Style LLC. We also accept VISA or Mastercard. Hawaii General State Tax of 4.166% will be added to the total price of all packages.
- In the event of bad weather on the day of your wedding, we will try to arrange an alternative location or date.
- All prices subject to change.
- Prices may vary on yacht weddings, helicopters and horseback weddings depending on size of party and amount of booked time.
- Some floral choices may not be available due to seasons.
- Some photographers may have negatives for sale.
